Sales Tax

YoanaBaraschi.com Online Store is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to New York State only. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as all of your order is billed and shipped, we will send an e-mail confirmation with tracking details.
To track your order please visit our website and click the “order status” link. You will be able to get your UPS or FedEx tracking number by logging in and clicking on your order number. Enter the number at either www.ups.com or www.fedex.com to check status of your online order.

Shipping, Handling and Processing

Shipping, Handling and Processing (S&H) is the charge for internet order processing, packaging, handling, and delivery.

Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New York, NY. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days. For an additional fee, we can expedite orders to most destinations.

International shipping is available and will be based on the current rate. You will be responsible for applicable import taxes and duties your country charges.


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 15 days.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received. Items returned might be subject to a reduced refund if not in the original vendor packaging and/or not in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period.

Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment), then enclose the return section with the item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided  to ensure proper return address and credit information.
